Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine - Prickly Pear

Prickly Pear was the only polish from Bary M's Gelly Hi-Shine collection I didn't have, which meant while I was swatching the rest of the collection the other day my nail polish collection OCD kicked in and I decided I had to have it to complete the set.

Here it is in all it's collection completing glory...

Prickly Pear is a lovely soft pastel lilac, it applies, as all the polishes in this collection do, beautifully and is fully opaque in 2 coats.

It also dries to a lovely glossy, gel effect finish on your nails.

While it isn't a particularly special or unique colour I do really like the polish, it's a pretty feminine colour that applies beautifully and best of all it makes me feel liess twitchy about having a whole collection minus one polish. ;)

And here's the moment when I realised my collection was one polish short...

  1. I love your nail posts. I have to keep mine clear for work, so I can only paint them on weekends when I go out.

    1. Thank you! I would hate to not be able to wear polish to work. :( Not least because my nails are so stained and look awful without! ;)

  2. Haha! I love your row of pretty claws, and I totally understand the need to have every polish in a collection. I am dreadful for complete-itis :D
