This is Barry M, Dusky Mauve, it's considered by many to be a pretty good dupe of Chanel Paradoxal, at £2.99 it's definitely good enough for me!
I'm not sure what happened but for some reason the day after I painted my nails they took on a very dull, matt appearance, as if something (who knows what?!) had totally taken the shine off the colour. If you have any idea what, I'd like to hear suggestions!
I added another coat of top coat later which brought the shine back so it wasn't a big deal, I would love to know what caused it though as it wasn't my first experience of it happening.
